NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a set of tools that can be used to enhance personal or professional lives and to build and sustain relationships by creating a dynamic awareness of self.

Neuro refers to our brain and nervous system including our five senses.

Linguistics refers to the language, verbal and non-verbal which is used to express our internal reality and to understand the expressed Map of the other person. 

Programming refers to the learned patterns of our response to stimuli.  

The NLP Practitioner course is a level 1 course in the journey of NLP. It is spread over 10 days, with about 100 hours of theory, practical, and assignments.

The goal of the course is to create awareness about the processes of the mind and learn the tools of NLP so that one can apply those tools to self first and then to others so that you become an agent of change.

For over fifteen years, Dr. Richard McHugh served as his mentor and trainer. Leo holds certifications in NLP Master Training and Entrepreneurship under Robert Dilts (NLPU).

In addition, he is a Mindset Maps Coach, a certified counselor, and trained in Gestalt Therapy and Photo Language.
